Are you insured?
Yes. J&R Precision Painting is fully insured for the residential, commercial and new construction work we perform.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We paint occupied homes, rental and multifamily properties, offices, retail spaces, commercial facilities and new construction projects.
What preparation is included before painting?
Preparation is based on the condition of each surface and may include cleaning, masking, patching, sanding, caulking, minor drywall repair and priming. Your written scope will explain what is included.
Can you help with drywall, cabinets, epoxy floors and pressure washing?
Yes. In addition to interior and exterior painting, our services include cabinet refinishing, drywall and texture work, epoxy flooring and pressure washing or surface preparation.

Do you offer a military or community-service discount?
Yes.
